Tile removal creates dust. We set up dust control at the work area and discuss what rooms should be sealed off during the walkthrough.

We stop, document and measure. If remediation is needed, it is priced from the rate card and signed as a change order before work continues.
We stop that area, document it with photos, measure the affected square footage and price it from our standing mold rate card. You sign a change order before any treatment starts. Mold remediation is charged per square foot of affected area; we do not publish dollar amounts online.
