A tear-out can stall when hidden mold is discovered. Florida law (Chapter 468) generally requires a licensed remediator past 10 sq ft, with statutory exceptions. We hold FL Mold Remediator MRSR4091 and Mold Assessor MRSA4093, so we can scope the remediation and keep the project moving. One crew: demo, mold, haul-off.

When the wall opens

Florida Statutes Chapter 468, Part XVI generally requires a licensed mold remediator for remediation involving more than 10 square feet of mold, with exceptions spelled out in the statute. We hold Florida Mold Remediator License MRSR4091 and Mold Assessor License MRSA4093.
We do not assess and remediate the same property. When independent pre-testing is needed, it is outsourced to an independent assessor or lab.

From a standing rate card: per square foot of affected area, a mobilized demo rate, and a per-room minimum. The measured amount is written into a change order you sign before treatment. We do not publish mold dollar amounts.
Stop and document, measure, price from the card and sign, then remediate and keep moving. The same crew finishes the demolition.
Florida Statutes Chapter 468, Part XVI generally requires a license for mold remediation involving more than 10 square feet of mold, subject to statutory exceptions. Section 468.8411 defines mold remediation, including its size threshold. A mold license does not authorize unrelated work requiring a separate construction license. We hold Florida Mold Remediator License MRSR4091 and Mold Assessor License MRSA4093. We do not assess and remediate the same property; independent pre-testing is outsourced.
Payment terms, including whether any deposit applies, are written into your flat job quote before work starts. Change orders for discovered mold are signed before treatment and billed per the signed document. Ask the office about payment methods.
