Yes. Glue-down floors take longer than floating floors, which is reflected in the flat quote.
On request we remove and label baseboards for reinstallation. Some will not survive removal; we point those out first.
We stop that section, document and measure it. Any remediation is priced from the rate card and signed before it starts.
We stop that area, document it with photos, measure the affected square footage and price it from our standing mold rate card. You sign a change order before any treatment starts. Mold remediation is charged per square foot of affected area; we do not publish dollar amounts online.
