It depends on square footage, access and debris volume. We give you a schedule with the flat quote after the walkthrough.
Yes. Condo work requires coordination with the association for elevators, hours and debris removal routes, which we plan with you.
Each affected area is documented and measured, then priced from the same rate card on one change order you sign before treatment.
We stop that area, document it with photos, measure the affected square footage and price it from our standing mold rate card. You sign a change order before any treatment starts. Mold remediation is charged per square foot of affected area; we do not publish dollar amounts online.
