No. Demo is quoted flat per job after a free walkthrough. Only mold remediation discovered mid-job is priced per square foot of affected area from the rate card.
We stop that area, document it with photos, measure the affected square footage and price it from our standing mold rate card. You sign a change order before any treatment starts. Mold remediation is charged per square foot of affected area; we do not publish dollar amounts online.
